Two brothers from Illinois with engineering and farming backgrounds established The Weed Zapper in 2015. They currently farm on their family's conventional and organic operation in Illinois. The brothers wanted to tackle both organic weed control and the growing issue of herbicide resistant weeds.
In 2017, two brothers from Missouri, both with organic farming operations of their own, purchased The Weed Zapper technology and prototype and began production of the new Annihilator series from The Weed Zapper. These models are available for production and sale to the public through their manufacturing and fabrication company, Old School Manufacturing, LLC.
The Annihilator series from The Weed Zapper is designed for farmers, by farmers and made in the USA.
